Dosage & Preparation of Protein Pancakes

For roughly 4 pancakes, place 80 g of baking mixture (approx. 8 tbsp.) in a bowl or shaker. Add 150 ml cold water. Then stir or shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth. Spoon our pour the mixture into a hot pan. Instead of butter we recommend coconut oil.


Our Protein Pancakes do not contain any added sugar, so you can enjoy them sweet or savoury. Why not try them with some homemade chia-raspberry jam or a slice of salmon with avocado and egg.


Use a spoon to stir the content of the tub thoroughly to evenly distribute the flakes, nuts and berries. Measure 60 g (approx. 6 tablespoons) and mix it with milk, a milk drink or juice.

Dosage & Preparation Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are very versatile and can be sprinkled in your muesli or yoghurt at breakfast, or used as a topping for salads and hot dishes. You should not eat more than 15 g of chia seeds a day.


Start the day by adding a helping of white chia seeds to a filling bowl of protein porridge, homemade smoothie or yoghurt for a powerful balanced meal. This will supply your body with a healthy mix of high-quality protein, nutrients, fibre and vitamins.

Dosage & Preparation of Protein Bread
  • Add 230 ml water to the baking mixture and mix until you get an even dough.
  • Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Knead it thoroughly.
  • Place the dough on a prepared baking tray or into a greased baking form of your choice.
  • Bake on the middle shelf of your preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 50 minutes.

Note: The exact baking time may vary depending on your oven. If baking in a fan-assisted oven, keep an eye on the bread after 40 minutes, as less baking time may be required depending on temperature distribution.

Our protein bread is completely free of preservatives. That is why we recommend that you eat the baked bread within 2 days. The baked protein bread can also be frozen in portions and thawed as required.


You can test with a knife to see if the bread is baked through: Stick the knife vertically into the thickest part of the bread. If you pull the knife out and there is no dough stuck to it, then the bread is done. In fan-assisted ovens, you can already test the bread after approx. 40 minutes. One baking mixture (230 g) produces about 360 g of bread.


Shake tub well before use. Then mix 60 g (approx. 6 tablespoons) of porridge into 120 ml hot water, leave to steep for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Our Protein Porridge tastes delicious with nuts or fruit. Use some goji berries or chia seeds to enrich your protein porridge if you need an extra energy boost in the morning.

Why protein for breakfast?

Because it makes the whole day better. A breakfast that is rich in protein – ideally combined with fibres and vitamins – makes you full for longer and gives your body important nutrients in the morning that you will need all day. You should really make complex carbohydrates a part of your breakfast if you had a low carb evening meal the night before. Does soy upset my hormone levels?

Soy contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens. Contrary to popular belief, these are not hormones but phytochemicals that are similar in structure to estradiol 17ß, the natural female hormone oestrogen. It has not been proven beyond doubt whether or not the consumption of soy has an impact on hormone levels. For our Protein Muesli and Protein Porridge, we’ve taken the preventive measure of naturally processing our soy flakes to remove nearly 90% of the phytoestrogens.

Why is protein bread better than wheat bread?

Because protein bread has nutritional values that take you further. Two average slices will contain a whopping 13 g of protein, but only 3.5 g of carbohydrates.* In addition to that, there are also a whole lot of healthy fats and micro nutrients from grainy superfoods. You will stay fuller for longer, as our protein bread is particularly high in fibre. A real win over white flour products.
