Notice about delivery due to current developments

Dear foodspring family, we are of course closely monitoring the situation surrounding the spread of Covid-19 and are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our community. In our warehouses, we have tightened health and hygiene regulations to protect workers and minimise the risk of infection.

Due to the Brexit Transition we are faced with new processes and documentation that is currently causing a delay to orders of up to 3-5 days as we adjust to new modes of working. We expect this process to run more smoothly as January progresses. Import duties on all goods puchased will be paid in full by foodspring.

Due to the the delays at the French border just before Christmas, orders placed between the 20th December and the 31st December are subject to longer delays as unfortunately all packages were sent back to our depot and now need to be reshipped with the new Brexit documentation. We apologise sincerely to the customers affected and will reach out via email to give an updated delivery time for your order.

FAQ

Do you know how long you will still deliver?

Currently there is no reason to believe that we will stop delivering parcels. The current restrictions that have been taken only limit the movement of people, not the movement of goods.

What precautions do you take in the warehouse?

We always handle your package with care. To make sure that everything is as safe as possible, we have added extra safety precautions to the warehouse in Italy. We have increased the cleaning intervals and introduced new safety measures for our workers. All workers now work with at least 1.5m distance between them and always have the option to disinfect their hands.
