These chocolate cookies go from zero to oven-ready in a snap. So they’re ready to eat even sooner! You only need 3 ingredients to get the baking started. The result? Soft, sweet, chocolatey cookies: the perfect healthy snack for any time you need a boost. And they’re fully plant-based.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Peel the bananas, put them into a bowl, and mash them with a fork.
  • Add the Protein Muesli and cranberries (or chocolate chips) and fold in. The dough is a wet one, so don't worry.
  • Moisten your hands and form the dough into 6 balls. Place on a piece of parchment paper laid on top of a baking sheet. Flatten the balls gently and form them into cookie shapes.
  • Bake the chocolate cookies for 18 minutes. Set aside to cool. Store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!
