Chocolate Avocado Mousse Cups

the high-protein snack you can sink your teeth into

Look no further for an easy, healthy snack! These mousse cups have an indulgent flavor and a fun twist!

Preparation

  • To make the crust: Use a spoon or your fingers to flatten the Protein Balls. Line each ramekin or serving dish with parchment paper and press the flattened Protein Balls into each one.
  • Now make the filling. Set a heatproof bowl on top of a pot of boiling water. Put the dark chocolate inside and stir until it is melted.
  • Put the melted chocolate and the other ingredients for the filling into a blender. Blend until you have a mousse with a creamy, smooth consistency.
  • Spoon an equal amount of avocado chocolate mousse into each ramekin. Smooth the tops over.
  • Set the mousse cups aside in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • Garnish with coconut chips or fresh fruit as desired.
  • Enjoy!
