Chai Latte Recipe

Soften the blow of any no-good, very bad day with a cozy, warming drink for your body and your soul. We know you aren’t always up for gathering a basket full of spices and cooking them up into a chai flavor syrup. So we’ve made you a simplified recipe for a creamy chai latte without sugar or effort. It tastes perfect and has a stellar nutrition profile.
Preparation

Boil the water and pour into a tall glass. Add the teabag and brew according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, mix milk and Whey Protein in a shaker.

Pour the mix into a pot and heat gently. Do not boil!

Now add the hot milk to the glass of tea.

Sprinkle with cinnamon if you want.
