Preparation

  • Boil the water and pour into a tall glass. Add the teabag and brew according to package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, mix milk and Whey Protein in a shaker.
  • Pour the mix into a pot and heat gently. Do not boil!
  • Now add the hot milk to the glass of tea.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon if you want.
