This chocolate berry shake is a taste experience not to be missed! It has two luscious layers. The chia seeds give the shake a really fantastic texture. These power seeds start to grow and absorb liquid as soon as they touch it. Try it out for yourself.

Preparation

  • Put the Strawberry Whey Protein, frozen berries, 100g of fromage frais, and 100ml of milk into a blender. Blend until it has reached a creamy consistency. Set aside and rinse out the mixer.
  • Put the Chocolate Whey Protein, 30g of fromage frais, and 10ml of milk into the blender and mix until creamy.
  • Add the chia seeds to the chocolate mix. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Layer the two flavors over each other. Top with fresh berries as desired. Your chocolate berry shake is done! Enjoy!
