Sugar-Free Chocolate Haystacks

Let’s get crunchy! Our sugary-sweet chocolate haystacks (a.k.a. chocolate clusters) are ready in 10 minutes. And they’ll disappear just as quick! When you know you’ve got a sweet tooth, it’s always a good idea to have some healthy alternatives in the house. Our Protein Cream absolutely counts as a healthier alternative to conventional chocolate creams. It has no added sugar, no palm oil, and significantly more protein!

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 35 g
    unsweetened cornflakes (gluten-free if desired)
  • 70 g
    Protein Cream Hazelnut

Preparation

    Add the Protein Cream to a heat-safe bowl. Put the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Warm the Protein Cream until it turns into a liquid consistency.

    Add the cornflakes to the liquid Protein Cream and stir well to coat all cornflakes.

    Using two teaspoons, form the mix into 10 small balls. Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or onto a plate.

    Place the chocolate haystacks into the fridge to let them harden.
