Shh! Don’t tell anyone, but… we eat cookie dough first thing in the morning. Okay, not exactly, but it sure feels like it. This cookie dough smoothie bowl is creamy-smooth and tastes just like the dessert that dare not speak its name. But ours is healthy, and totally appropriate for breakfast. Or any time of day. Promise.
Ingredients:60 g chickpeas, 1 medjool date, 1 tsp Peanut Butter, 0.25 tsp , 20 g chocolate chipsFirst make the cookie dough balls. Blend together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a high-powered blender. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small balls.
Ingredients:2 bananas, 50 g skyr yogurt, 2 tbsp Vegan Protein Cookie DoughNow blend the bananas, Vegan Protein, and yogurt.
Divide the smoothie bowl mix evenly between two bowls. Top with the cookie dough balls. Garnish with Peanut Butter and/or chopped Protein Bar pieces as desired.
