Gingerbread Latte Recipe

The weather outside is frightful, and the December playlist is on full blast. The only thing missing? A festive drink to help your mood shine as bright as the candles in your window. Our gingerbread latte might just do the trick. It tastes amazing: creamy, but not too sweet. One sip will bring on visions of sugarplums – without a speck of added sugar.

200 mlunsweetened oat milk (or cow’s milk)

50 mlwater

15 gProtein Cream Gingerbread

1 shotEspresso

optional toppings:milk foam, whipped cream, cinnamon, speculoos cookie crumbles, etc.
Preparation

Mix the oat milk and water with the Protein Cream. Add to a small pot on medium heat. Whisk well to get the Protein Cream fully dissolved.

When the milk is warm enough, pour it into a tall glass or mug and add the espresso.

Decorate the gingerbread latte with milk foam or indulgent whipped cream, then dust with cinnamon or cookie crumbs.
