1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
60 ml oat milk
3 bananas, ripe

Gingerbread Spice Apple Banana Bread

Fluffy, fragrant, and packed with seasonal gingerbread spice: Could there be anything more perfect for a gloomy gray day? Our apple banana bread ticks all the boxes. A topping of Gingerbread Protein Cream makes this banana bread something just a bit different. And the absolute best thing you could wish for on the first days of winter.


  • Ingredients:
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 60 ml oat milk
    Mix the oat milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Ingredients:
    3  bananas
    Use a fork or a stick blender to puree the bananas until smooth.
  • Ingredients:
    50 g Coconut oil, 55 g unsweetened applesauce, 1 tbsp Flavor Kick
    In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oat drink, Coconut Oil, applesauce, and Flavor Kick.
  • Ingredients:
    200 g stevia
    Add the stevia and stir well.
  • Ingredients:
    Add the Protein Cream. Mix everything well to form a smooth batter.
  • Ingredients:
    400 g spelt flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp baking soda, 0.5 tsp cinnamon,  a pinch of salt
    Finally, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Stir well.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Ingredients:
    50 g walnuts
    Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the top of the batter.
  • Bake the apple gingerbread banana bread for 55-60 minutes.
  • Top the apple-banana bread with Gingerbread Protein Cream as desired.
