    reduced-fat milk
  • pinch
    cinnamon

    ice cubes
  • optional
    toppings: cocoa nibs and/or cocoa powder

Preparation

    Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until they form a creamy shake.

    Top with cocoa powder or cacao nibs if you want. Enjoy immediately.
