This mango melon smoothie is absolutely amazing for the summer. Just as delicious as a milkshake, with none of the carbs or fats – while adding in the benefits of protein and fiber! It’s perfect to drink after a workout – or just because!
Add the water, protein powder, honeydew melon and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until they form a creamy shake.
Pour the yogurt into a glass. Pour the smoothie mix on top of the yogurt.
Top with fresh fruit if you like.
