220 g spelt flour
180 g margarine, at room temperature
80 g erythritol or stevia
1 egg yolk
optional powdered sugar

It’s hard to imagine winter without sugar cookies! Not to worry – you don’t have to abstain, because we have a healthier recipe ready for you. Try any flavor you like of our Whey Protein to switch things up a bit, or go for a few drops of marzipan essence that’s sure to be your new favorite.


  • Mix together the flour, Whey Protein, margarine and erythritol/stevia until it forms a dough. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 170° C.
  • Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. Brush the shapes with the egg yolk.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, making sure the cookies stay a light golden-brown. Decorate to your liking.
  • Enjoy!
