Blueberry Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Move over, açaí bowl. From now on, our breakfast smoothie bowl comes in two colors. Matcha powder turns the chia pudding cheery green. It’s a perfect complement to the happy purple of our blueberry smoothie bowl.

Preparation

  • Ingredients:
    15 g White Chia Seeds, 125 ml oat drink, 0.5 tsp , 0.5 tsp matcha powder
    First make the matcha chia pudding: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover. Set aside in the fridge overnight.
  • Ingredients:
    100 g blueberries, 1 tbsp Vegan Protein Vanilla, 60 g soy yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice
    To make the smoothie bowl: Put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Arrange the blueberry smoothie on one half of the bowl and the chia pudding on the other half.
  • Top your matcha blueberry smoothie bowl with mini kiwis, Coconut Chips, chopped nuts, and fresh blueberries.
