It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time! But these peanut butter and jelly brownies are healthy, and don’t have any added sugar. Use our Fruit Jam or pick any other refined-sugar-free jam you like! There are no limits to your creativity.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175° C.
  • Mix the baking mix with the milk until it forms a smooth batter.
  • Put the batter into the baking tray. Use a spoon to put a few dollops of fruit jam onto the top. Then do the same with the peanut butter.
  • Swirl a toothpick or knife in the top of the peanut butter and jelly brownies to create a marbled pattern.
  • Bake the peanut butter and jelly brownies for 12-15 minutes, so that the inside stays soft and fudgy.
  • Enjoy!

Our tip

Cut the baking time on our Protein Brownies to 15 minutes to keep them soft and fudgy inside. This will give you perfect results.
