It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time! But these peanut butter and jelly brownies are healthy, and don’t have any added sugar. Use our Fruit Jam or pick any other refined-sugar-free jam you like! There are no limits to your creativity.

    Preheat the oven to 175° C.

    Mix the baking mix with the milk until it forms a smooth batter.

    Put the batter into the baking tray. Use a spoon to put a few dollops of fruit jam onto the top. Then do the same with the peanut butter.

    Swirl a toothpick or knife in the top of the peanut butter and jelly brownies to create a marbled pattern.

  • 5

    Bake the peanut butter and jelly brownies for 12-15 minutes, so that the inside stays soft and fudgy.
