Add the Protein Pancakes baking mix and water to a shaker or bowl. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
Melt half of the coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Pour half of the batter into the pan and swirl to distribute it around the pan. Cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes, then flip. Cook the crepe through on the other side and remove from the pan. Place on a plate.
Add the rest of the coconut oil to the pan and let it melt. Pour the rest of the batter into the hot pan and repeat the cooking process.
Now add your toppings to your protein crepes. We love them with Protein Cream!
