3 ingredients. 1 pan. That’s all you need for the ultimate protein crepes recipe. No kitchen skills needed! We do all the work with our practical baking mix. Just stir in water! Whether it’s breakfast or dessert, you don’t need to have a second thought about the nutritional values. 0% added sugar. 50% protein per serving. 100% delicious, golden-brown crepes.


  • Add the Protein Pancakes baking mix and water to a shaker or bowl. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Melt half of the coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour half of the batter into the pan and swirl to distribute it around the pan. Cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes, then flip. Cook the crepe through on the other side and remove from the pan. Place on a plate.
  • Add the rest of the coconut oil to the pan and let it melt. Pour the rest of the batter into the hot pan and repeat the cooking process.
  • Now add your toppings to your protein crepes. We love them with Protein Cream!
