150 g low-fat yogurt
50 ml low-fat milk
150 g raspberries
0.5 lemon, just the juice

When the weather gets this hot, there’s only one thing that helps: Ice cream! Scoop it, slurp it, or try one of these fruity ice pops. They’re lightweights in the calorie department, so you can take yourself two or even three! Sweetened with our low-calorie Flavor Kick.


  • Mix the Flavor Kick with the milk and the yogurt.
  • Puree the raspberries with the juice of half a lemon. Use a blender or a stick blender.
  • Divide the banana-yogurt mix between 4 popsicle molds. Then pour the raspberry puree on top.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy!
