Usually, you wouldn’t think of bananas when you think of high-protein foods. What they do to this banana protein bread is to add an incredible moistness. The protein boost comes from our own Whey Protein.
Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Cut the bananas into small slices.
Mix the slices with the oat flour, Whey Protein, egg, milk, and oil until you get a slightly runny batter. Add more milk or whey protein to the mix as needed for consistency.
Put the batter into a greased bread tin. Bake for about 20 minutes, then set aside briefly to cool before serving.
