Moist protein muffins made without a grain of protein powder? No added sugar – all the sweetness from fresh fruit? Yes, it’s true. These banana raspberry protein muffins really do deliver. They’re the perfect healthy protein snack for whenever you need them.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl until a smooth batter is formed. Fold in the raspberries, reserving a few for garnish.
  • Fill the muffin cups halfway with the batter.
  • Garnish the muffins with a couple of raspberries before putting them in the oven.
  • Bake the muffins for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!

Our Tip

You can use blueberries or strawberries instead of raspberries.
