Banana Raspberry Protein Muffins

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200° C.

Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl until a smooth batter is formed. Fold in the raspberries, reserving a few for garnish.

Fill the muffin cups halfway with the batter.

Garnish the muffins with a couple of raspberries before putting them in the oven.

Bake the muffins for 25 minutes until golden brown.
