Chocolate pudding for breakfast? Sounds like a dream come true! These power seeds make it possible. They’re full of nutrients and have amazing properties.

Ingredients

3 Persons

  • 50 g
    Organic Chia Seeds by foodspring
  • 450 ml
    water
  • 45 g
    Whey Protein Schoko von foodspring
  • 100 g
    Greek yogurt
  • 50 g
    ground flaxseeds
  • 10 g
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • nach Belieben
    stevia to taste

Preparation

    Mix your chia seeds into the water and let them sit for at least 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the chia mixture, which should be pudding-like and gooey by now.

    Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
