A tasty protein bar that gives your body a quick energy hit when you need it. Choose anything you like to flavor them. Our Vegan Protein doesn’t only come in vanilla – why not try chocolate, coffee, or banana?

Preparation

  • Melt the date paste (you can add a dash of water to make it smoother) and peanut butter in a pot and mix it well.
  • Place your protein powder in a large bowl.
  • Add the mixture to the bowl with the powder and knead it all well. Simply add a tiny bit of water if it gets too dry.
  • Shape the dough into bars.
  • Enjoy!
Tip: Never made a date paste before? Mix 1 cup of tightly packed dates with 1/4 cup of water and blend in the food processor. The protein bar gets its consistency from the date paste and the peanut butter. Feel free to use another nut butter instead of peanut butter if you like!
