A power protein shake with a whiff of wintertime? Bring yourself through the winter without losing sight of your fitness goals. This Christmas shake is great for before or right after your workout. Think of it as a gift for your muscles – no wrapping paper needed!

Ingredients

  • 300 g
    almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 30 g
    Whey Protein Schoko von foodspring
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 pinch
    gingerbread spice, cinnamon

Preparation

    Put the almond milk, Whey Protein and a pinch of gingerbread spice into a foodspring shaker and shake it up.

    Pour the mixture into a glass.

    Beat your egg white until stiff peaks form.

  • 4

    Evenly distribute the beaten egg white on top of the glass.

  • 5

    To finish, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
