300 g almond milk (unsweetened)
1 egg white
1 pinch gingerbread spice, cinnamon

Preparation

  • Put the almond milk, Whey Protein and a pinch of gingerbread spice into a foodspring shaker and shake it up.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Beat your egg white until stiff peaks form.
  • Evenly distribute the beaten egg white on top of the glass.
  • To finish, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
