Do you want to change up your usual protein shake after your workout? Why not try our new recipe for nut protein bars – no-baking involved. Super quick and really tasty!
Ingredients:Melt the butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate. Mix it all together, add the vanilla sugar and sweeten with stevia as desired.
Ingredients:Add in the chopped walnuts and egg whey protein powder of your choice, then work everything into a nice mixture. Knead well, so the protein powder distributes evenly throughout.
Roll it out to 1.5 cm thick and place it in the fridge to cool for a few hours.
Now cut it into bars, whatever size you like – and enjoy!
Tip:Enjoy after training or as a snack in between!
