Strawberry or Raspberry Low-Carb Protein Ice Cream

It’s summer and you want some home-made ice cream? Then make your own. Our recipe for low-carb protein ice cream with strawberries or raspberries might be just the thing you’re looking for!
Preparation

Place the frozen fruit in a blender and quickly blend.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the fresh fruit and blend into a smooth mixture.

Pour into glasses, decorate with the fresh fruit and place in the freezer for 1 – 2 hours.
