Can you never decide between pancakes or waffles for Sunday breakfast? We have a recipe that works for both. Grab a bowl and a waffle iron and you’re set to go with these protein waffles!
Melt your butter and let it cool a bit.
Mix the melted butter with the quark, eggs and protein powder.
Add a dash of oil. Flavour as desired with stevia.
Place enough of the batter into a waffle iron or frying pan to make one waffle and let it cook.
Enjoy with some fresh fruit or fruit purée.
Tip: Perfect for a good, healthy start to your day, best when served with fresh fruit.
