You will not find a fluffier protein pancakes recipe anywhere. Our vegan chocolate protein pancakes are an absolute dream for anyone who likes their breakfast sweet. They owe their light consistency to our clever recipe: a mix of protein from plant-based sources, gluten-free oat flour, and starch. From a flavor perspective, you can make them how you like them best, because our mix doesn’t have any added flavors. We love adding some cocoa powder to the mix and drizzling some extra chocolate sauce on top of our chocolate protein pancakes.

Preparation

  • Ingredients:
    80 g Vegan Protein Pancakes, 2 tsp Flavour Kick Chocolate, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 130 ml water
    Put the pancake mix, Flavor Kick, cocoa powder, and water into a bowl. Mix to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Make 4 pancakes out of the batter. Cook on both sides without oiling the pan. Stack on a plate to the side as they finish cooking.
  • Ingredients:
    1 tbsp Coconut oil, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp Flavour Kick Chocolate
    Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or a pot. Mix with the cocoa powder and Flavor Kick or maple syrup in a small bowl to make a chocolate sauce.
  • Ingredients:
    0.5  banana (optional)
    Serve the chocolate protein pancakes with the chocolate sauce. Slice the banana and serve as a topping.
