They owe their light consistency to our clever recipe: a mix of protein from plant-based sources, gluten-free oat flour, and starch. From a flavor perspective, you can make them how you like them best, because our mix doesn’t have any added flavors. We love adding some cocoa powder to the mix and drizzling some extra chocolate sauce on top of our chocolate protein pancakes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Make 4 pancakes out of the batter. Cook on both sides without oiling the pan. Stack on a plate to the side as they finish cooking.
