Fall is the season for flammkuchen (also known as tarte flambee). But not to worry – with this recipe you won’t have to wait hours for your dough to rise. Our Protein Pizza baking mix lets you whip it up in just a few minutes. So you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your hearty meal!

Preparation

  • Mix the Protein Pizza and water until they form a firm dough. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Dust your working surface with flour. Roll the dough out very thin. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the crust onto it.
  • Prebake the crust for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the soy yogurt, soy cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spread onto the prebaked crust.
  • Slice the pear and onion very thin and top the flammkuchen with them. Garnish with the walnuts.
  • Bake the protein flammkuchen for 12-15 minutes more, until it is crispy. Garnish with sprouts or chives.
