When you find yourself wishing for a refreshing smoothie bowl instead of your usual warm porridge, we know summer’s just around the corner. We love the combination of chocolate, peanut, and cherries! It reminds us of a delicious bowl of ice cream – but with much nicer nutritional values! Even a smoothie bowl can get you the protein you need. This one makes use of our Vegan Protein to get your morning off on the right foot.
Ingredients:100 g frozen cherries, 60 g frozen banana, 20 g e984, 150 ml almond milkFor the smoothie bowl: Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until they have a smooth and creamy texture.
Occasionally scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula to make sure everything gets evenly blended. If the smoothie bowl is too hard for your blender, add another splash of plant milk.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and smooth the surface with a spatula or spoon.
Ingredients:15 g Peanut Butter, 10 g muesli, 5 g cocoa nibs, 15 g fresh cherriesGarnish with the toppings. You can absolutely choose other toppings than what we've suggested below; just be aware that other toppings will have different nutritional values than we have listed.
