Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the pudding:
  • 280ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 20g cornflour
  • 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 30g Whey Protein Chocolate
  • 1 egg yolk

For the Topping:
  • Protein Chocolate from foodspring
  • fruit of your choice, orange zest
Here's how you make it:

  • Take some of the milk and mix with starch, cocoa powder, Whey Protein, and egg yolk.
  • Carefully heat the rest of the milk in a small pot.
  • When the milk comes to a boil, add the cocoa mixture and mix with a whisk. Allow to thicken.
  • Garnish the pudding with toppings as desired.

Can I bake with your Protein Chocolate?

Of course! You can use our Protein Chocolate for anything you'd use normal chocolate for. Just try it! Because our chocolate has more protein, you'll have to adjust the other ingredients in your recipe a bit to make sure your results are just as delicious as you remember.
