Shape ottimo
Prima volta che li provo in tre gusti diversi. Questa, fragola e biscotti/crema.
Questa è quella che preferisco delle tre, buono comodo facile . Ecco io rimango sazia per non molto tempo ma questo dipende da me forse e dal mio stile di vita. Ho un lavoro sedentario per 6 ore al giorno poi il resto lo passo tra casa, figli, qualche allenamento, qualche camminata. Questo sostituto del pasto mi è comodo in ufficio in quanto non ho la pausa pranzo.

La mia colazione preferita 😋
Adoro questa variante perché ogni mattina posso decidere se gustarla così o aggiungere un cucchiaino di caffè solubile, o di cacao amaro. Se ho voglia di qualcosa in più metto un cucchiaio di muesli proteico foodspring......delizioso. Consiglio anche la versione crema e biscotti.
Il pasto della sera è una coccola, sia in una versione che nell'altra.

Why don't you include a dosage spoon?

Can I mix it with milk instead of water?

Is it normal to feel very full after a shake?
