Frequently Asked Questions
How come your Stevia Drops have no bitter taste?

Our stevia drops contain a high proportion of rebaudioside A. This is the finest and highest-quality extract from the stevia plant and contains the lowest level of bitter-tasting substances. So all that's left is sweetness and you can enjoy snacking without the guilty conscience.

Is it really so simple to measure out Stevia Drops?

Our Stevia Drops have a dropper to make measuring super easy. This is attached to the lid ease-of-use. Just like with nasal drops. Best of all: you only need to use a small amount of our Stevia Drops to get the same sweetness you get from granulated sugar.

Are Stevia Drops really calorie free?

The extract of the stevia plant naturally has no calories. But of course, it really depends on the recipe that you are adding the Stevia Drops to. For example, in baking you could substitute almond meal or wholemeal flour for white flour. Since it's not just the sugar that effects how healthy the final recipe really is.

Is it true that stevia protects against cavities?

Stevia extract is not a usable food source for the bacteria that cause cavities. This means that the bacteria would starve if they had only stevia to eat. But minimising your risk of cavities also depends on the other kinds of sugar that you consume throughout the day.

Is it true that Stevia Drops can really sweeten anything?

In principle, yes. But if you are using stevia in place of sugar in conventional recipes, especially in baking, you will have less mixture. It makes obvious sense: after all, you are replacing a few hundred grams of granulated sugar with a few drops of stevia. To make up the bulk you could use fruit or quark. Like we have done with our delicious low-carb cheesecake. You can find the recipe here.

Are Stevia Drops vegan and suitable for people with fructose allergy?

Of course. Stevia Drops are a plant-based sweetener. Our steviol glycosides are derived from the stevia plant using complex processing methods. So it contains absolutely no fruit sugar and is 100% vegan.
