The drops are perfect for mixing into food or drinks. We recommend taking the drops with a high-fat meal in order to ensure the best possible absorption and utilization of the vitamins.
The recommended daily dose is 20 micrograms per day. This is equal to about one full eyedropper of drops. We would advise you not to take more than the recommended daily amount.
