Chocolate Berry Shake
100 g frozen berry mix, 30 g Shape Shake Strawberry flavor, 130 g low-fat curd cheese, 110 ml low-fat milk, 10 g Shape Shake Chocolate flavor, 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Add Shape Shake (strawberry flavor), frozen berries and 100g low-fat curd cheese into a blender and mix until it gets creamy.
- Next, mix the Shape Shake chocolate flavor, 30 g of skimmed quark and 10 ml low-fat milk in a seperate bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp chia seeds and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Put the two seperate creams on top of each other and enjoy.
Mix 30 g (about 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Fill the shaker with liquid first, then add the Shape Shake powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For best results, have 1 portion with dinner.
