Peak Push Ups

© foodspring

This foodspring video shows you how to do peak push ups correctly.

They train your pecs, shoulders, and triceps, and are also a good way to start learning to do a handstand. Bend forward at your waist so your body makes a downward-facing V shape, with your glutes at the very top. Keep your arms and legs as straight as you can. Now bend your arms and bring your body downwards towards the floor. Touch the floor between your hands with your forehead, if you can. Now push your upper body back upwards until your arms are straight again.
