Pour 300 ml of water into a glass or shaker bottle
Add 30g Clear Whey powder

Beim Shaken des Clear Whey bildet sich sehr viel Schaum. Ist aber nicht schlimm. Geschmacklich erstaunlich gut! Das Stevia schmeckt man raus, stört mich aber nicht. Gekühlt mit Zitrone in einem schönen Glas kann man sich einbilden, dass es ein alkoholfreier Cocktail ist ;-) Mal ein ganz anderer Protein-Drink.
