How to Use the Shape Pack Basic for Optimal Results?
For best results, we recommend the daily intake of two glucomannan capsules, three times a day, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals. While a Shape Shake 2.0 can replace two meals a day, the intake of Glucomannan caps prior to a Shape Shake 2.0 is not necessary. The vitamins can be taken daily either in the morning or evening.

Mix 60g powder with 350ml of water.
Clucomannan Capsules
Take 2 caps with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
Daily Vitamins
Take 2 capsules a day with plenty of liquid.

Can I mix the Shape Shake 2.0 with milk instead of water?
We recommend mixing it with water only. This is to maintain the perfect balance of nutrients and avoid increasing the calorie content – which is, of course, significant on a weight-loss journey. Plus, it was important to us during development to make it especially easy for you to use. So, only 60g powder + 350ml water. Thats it!
Is it normal to feel very full after a shake?
With its high-protein and fibre content, our Shape Shake 2.0 can cause an upset stomach and bloating if you're not used to this kind of diet. Protein, especially, can be harder to digest than simple carbs. It usually gets better when you start by slowly introducing the shake and diet change, and don't just go from 0 to 100.
Why should I use foodspring Daily Vitamins?
Most vitamin supplements contain only synthetically-produced vitamins. These are grown in a lab to imitate their natural counterparts. However, this process does not yield the same quality as natural vitamins. The nutrient extracts in our Daily Vitamins come from real fruits and vegetables. We use a variety of raw ingredients so that our Daily Vitamins offer all the essential vitamins.
