Fudgy chocolate brownie cookies made using our protein brownie mix. These cookies come together so quickly and are packed with chocolate chips and pecans for an intense chocolate flavour.

Ingredients

20 Persons

  • 1 packet
  • 50 g
    pecans, roughly chopped
  • 40 g
low sugar milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 40 g
low sugar dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 120 g
    0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 2
    eggs

Preparation

  • 1

Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F fan (200C/ 400F non-fan). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • 2

Combine the protein brownie mix, pecans and chocolate in a medium bowl. Add the yogurt and eggs then mix to get a slightly sticky dough.

  • 3

Take 1 heaped tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten onto the lined tray. Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving a few centimetres between each one so they have room to spread. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until the edges are set but the centres are still slightly soft.

  • 4

Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
