Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Melt the margarine in a pot over medium heat. Add the salt and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  • Add the flour, Whey Protein, and cinnamon and stir well. Add the eggs one by one, stirring after each egg is added.
  • Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe the dough onto a piece of parchment paper in lengths of about 10cm.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir together the remaining cinnamon with the sugar. Dip the churros in the cinnamon sugar to coat them. Serve with Protein Cream to dip.
