    Whey Protein Neutral
  • 30 g
    Shape Shake Vanilla
  • 300 ml
    low-fat milk or almond milk

Preparation

    Put the chopped grapefruit, Whey Protein powder and the milk in a blender and blend.

    Pour the shake into a glass.
