Protein Banana Pancakes
sweet, moist, and full of protein
When do we not dream about pancakes for breakfast? But who has the energy to get together all the ingredients, find the perfect recipe, and melt and mix until it’s time to cook? Enough is enough! The days of complicated pancakes are over. All you need is our Protein Pancakes mix, liquid, and a banana, and your protein banana pancakes are as good as done – with no added sugar.
Preparation

Mix the pancake mix, water, and cinnamon in a shaker or bowl. Mix thoroughly until a smooth batter is formed.

Slice the banana. Warm the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour the batter into the pan in 2 1/2-tbsp portions. Press the banana slices into the batter while still wet on top. Set aside a few slices for garnish. When the banana pancakes show bubbles on the top, it's time to flip them. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve the banana pancakes on a plate. Top with the reserved banana slices and maple syrup as desired.
