L-citrulline, L-leucine, L-arginine, acid (citric acid), corn dextrin, L-isoleucine, L-valine, passion fruit powder (5%) (maltodextrin, fruit ingredients (30%)), flavouring, beta-alanine, caffeine, sweetener (steviol glycosides), guarana extract, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), food coloring (beetroot powder), pepper extract, colour (beta-carotene), vitamins (C, B3, B12).
May contain traces of egg, soya, and milk protein.
Daily allowance: Mix 20g (1 measuring spoon) before training with at least 400ml of water and drink immediately. (20g = 1 serving).

Due to the beta-alanine this product contains, adverse effects such as paresthesia (tingling) may occur.
