No question, our Protein Porridge tastes great just the way it is. But it’s even more fun to eat breakfast when it looks extra special every now and then. A handful of blueberries bring not only extra color to your bowl, but also a dose of good nutrients! This porridge cuts down on your time and your added sugar levels, and gives your body what it needs for a smooth start to the day.

Preparation

  • Put half of the blueberries in a pot along with a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Squish the blueberries with a fork to break their skins and let the color out into the water.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Add the rest of the water to the pot. Add the Protein Porridge. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Move the blueberry porridge to a bowl. Gently stir in the yogurt with a spoon.
  • Top the porridge with the remaining blueberries. Sprinkle with pistachios.
  • Our tip: If you'd like, you can simmer the remaining blueberries with water as well, to create a thick blueberry sauce.
  • Enjoy!
