Sparkling Raspberry Peach Iced Tea

Having a protein shake after a workout is a must. But when the temperatures rise, sometimes we need an even more refreshing alternative. What can you do when the iced tea from the supermarket or cafe is packed with sugar and not a gram of protein? Ingredients

  • 50 g
    raspberries, frozen
  • 330 ml
    Sparkling Aminos Peach
  • 60 g
  • 330 ml
    water
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • optional
    agave nectar, fresh raspberries, peach slices, mint sprig

Preparation

    Put the Clear Whey and water into a shaker. Shake until fully dissolved.

    Set out two glasses. Pour half of the lemon juice and half of the Clear Whey into each glass. Top up with the Sparkling Aminos. Swirl each glass once, then add the frozen raspberries.

    Sweeten with agave nectar to taste (if desired). Serve garnished with fresh raspberries, peach slices, and mint leaves.
