Apple Pie Protein Pancakes

Chocolate pancakes? Chocolate chip pancakes? Coconut pancakes? We’ve got a dozen ways to start your day full of protein! Today’s fresh offering: fluffy protein pancakes topped with a homemade apple compote and topped with a crispy protein crumble. Who could ask for anything more?
Preparation

Ingredients:80 g apples, 1 tbsp raisins, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp water, 2 tsp Flavor Kick, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 pinch saltFirst, make the apple compote. Put all the apples (except the apples and raisins) into a small pot. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add the apples and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Put the compote and the raisins into a bowl and stir well.

Ingredients:80 g Protein Pancakes, 130 ml water, 0.5 tsp cinnamonPut the Protein Pancakes Mix, water, and cinnamon into a shaker or a bowl. Shake or mix well to create a smooth batter.

Ingredients:0.5 tsp Coconut oilWarm the coconut oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.

Put some of the batter into the pan and cook on both sides. Repeat with the rest of the pancake batter.

Ingredients:Crumble the Protein Cookie with your hands.

Stack the Protein Pancakes on a plate. Top with the apple compote and the crumbled Protein Cookie.

Top with Salted Caramel Protein Cream, dried apple slices, or maple syrup.
