Chcoolate Peanut Protein Bar
with homemade caramel
Crunchy peanuts and rich chocolate: why change it when the original’s so good? We can always find new ways to mix our favorite old flavors. How about a chocolate peanut protein bar to bring along with you for your afternoon snack?
Preparation

Ingredients:40 g almonds, 20 g cashews, 30 g peanutsUse a strong blender to grind the nuts until smooth.

Ingredients:In a bowl, mix the Instant Oats with the other ingredients for the peanut layer.

Line a loaf pan or baking tray with parchment paper. Using moistened hands, press the peanut layer into the parchment paper. Put the form into the freezer.

Ingredients:190 g dates, 0.5 tbsp coconut oil, 80 ml oat milk, 0.5 tsp Flavor Kick, 1 tbsp Just Peanuts, Cocoa & DatesUse the blender to puree all the ingredients for the caramel layer.

Spread the caramel over the peanut base. Return to the freezer. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Ingredients:100 g dark chocolateUse a double boiler or a microwave to melt the chocolate.

Ingredients:0.5 tsp Coconut oilStir in the coconut oil.

After the 3 hours are up, take the layered loaf pan out of the freezer. Remove it from the parchment paper. Use a warm knife to cut into slices. Dip each protein bar slice into the melted chocolate. Garnish with chopped peanuts if you like.

Set the chocolate peanut protein bars aside to harden.
