They taste like porridge and have the texture of pudding straight out of your childhood. Just one serving will keep you full for a long time and give you the energy you need for your day. Lots of protein, complex carbs, and no added sugar.
Mix the Protein Porridge with the water in a pot. Heat slowly and stir continuously.
Mix the milk and the pudding mix in a bowl until smooth. Add to the pot and mix well.
While stirring continuously, bring the pudding oats to a boil. Boil until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
Serve in a bowl and top with whatever you wish.
