Lots of protein, complex carbs, and no added sugar.


  • Mix the Protein Porridge with the water in a pot. Heat slowly and stir continuously.
  • Mix the milk and the pudding mix in a bowl until smooth. Add to the pot and mix well.
  • While stirring continuously, bring the pudding oats to a boil. Boil until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
  • Serve in a bowl and top with whatever you wish.
  • Enjoy!
