50 g oatmeal
20 g Whey Protein of your choice
150 ml low-fat milk
30 g low-fat fromage frais (or yogurt)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
optional blueberries for topping

Preparation

  • Add oats, protein powder, milk, fromage frais and hemp seeds to a bowl or glas. Mix well.
  • Let rest overnight in the fridge.
  • Stir the overnight oats again before you eat them the next day. Top with blueberries and hemp seeds as desired.
