Need a snack that bites back and is so easy you can make it no matter what shape your head’s in? Try our topped rice cakes. Done in a flash, fixed up with anything you want. Because recipes don’t always have to be complicated.

Preparation

  • Spread a tablespoon of vegan cream cheese onto each rice cake. Then place a slice of vegan ham on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh cress and chives if you want.
