Peanut Nice Cream

A refreshing, cool dessert – who couldn’t use one? Our dairy-free nice cream only takes 5 minutes and you can blend yourself up a creamy dream good enough to rival anything you’ll find in your nearest ice cream shop. It’s easy and it’s unbelievably delicious. Not to mention being vegan, sugar-free, and low-calorie! On hot days, take yourself a second scoop with no second thoughts.
Preparation

Peel the bananas, slice them, and put them in a freezer-proof container. Put in the freezer overnight.

The next day: Using a strong blender or food processor, mix the frozen bananas and the peanut butter until creamy.

Occasionally take a moment to scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula to bring any nice cream back to the center. Add a splash of water if you need to make it smoother.

Serve the nice cream into two bowls. Top with chopped peanuts or cocoa nibs as desired.

Our tip
You can make yourself a nice cream in all kinds of variations and flavors. Try replacing the peanut butter with any of these ideas: a handful of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango cubes, or a tablespoon of matcha or cocoa powder. The more colorful, the better!
