    small slices of whole grain toast
  • 1
    large avocado, Hass variety
  • 1 tbsp
    cream cheese, 17% fat content

Preparation

    Halve your avocado and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut one half into fine, thin strips.

    Lightly toast the wholegrain bread and spread with cream cheese.

    Carefully place the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with some lemon juice.

    Now season with pepper and salt.
